A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- CM’s Document Required, Shipping documents

- Order/Arrange SMA & OIL for CMs shipment

- Wood origin documents for CMs’ orders (EUDR)

- Products drawing, hardware drawings, SMA & Loading chart
to CMs/ QACM team

- PPM Sample, Sparepart Orders

- Arrange transportation goods/sample from CMs to SCVN

- Test reports of material suppliers/price quotation of suppliers for CMs in Quy Nhơn

- ISO/ BSCI/SMETA…support for CMs

- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager

- Monthly reports /payment requests

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

Main responsibility:

- CM’s Document Required, Shipping documents

- Order/Arrange SMA & OIL for CMs shipment

- Verify and follow up CMs’ wood documents for every delivery to SCC (EUDR)

- Check and send product drawing, hardware drawings, SMA & Loading chart to CMs/ QACM team

- Follow up Sample/ Sparepart orders at CMs/update PFD and book sample transportation on time.

- Arrange transportation goods/sample from CMs to SCVN

- Test reports of material suppliers/price quotation of suppliers for CMs in QNH

- Check/follow/give instructions to CMs when they have ISO/ BSCI/customer..audits

- Follow up, monitor shipment plan

- Carry out other tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager

- Monthly reports/ payment requests

C. WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

1. Internal:

- All Departments in ScanCom Viet Nam

2. External:

- ScanCom Suppliers/Manufacturers

3. Reporting:

3.1 Superior: Supervisor/Sourcing Manager

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

Must requirement:

- College/Bachelor Degree major in Foreign Trade, Economic, Accounting, Industrial Management, International Business, Business Administration or similar fields

- At least 02 years working experience in wooden outdoor furniture company, knowledge about production Planning, Import export, EUDR, BSCI, ISO

- Ability to communicate professional with people at all levels inside and outside the company.

- Demonstrated organizational skills

Important requirement

- Computer: Good in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- English skill: Reading and understanding English documents, and being able to express themselves clearly vocally in English

- Strong analytics and work in details, good mathematics

- Integrity, proactive, high responsibility and quick response and adapt
