A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

• Summarize and report on the materials quantity of inputs and outputs in the period.
• Be responsible for managing the customs liquidation process, ensuring compliance with customs regulations.
• Follow up the shipment's plan, vessel’s schedule and monitor the customs clearance for importing with logistic services.
  

B. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor and provide necessary documentary information related import shipments to the logistic service unit. Ensure accuracy and purpose of use for each Import Declaration.
• Implement processes to transform raw materials consumed domestically into products for local sales.
• Implement processes to convert finished-goods furniture for domestic use.
• Create standard code and HS Code.
• Making payments for import shipments (Tax, THC,... trucking, customs).
• Monitor liquidity report.
• Make a settlement report yearly.
• Other operations related to liquidation and liquidity.
• Support for export documents during peak season and Tet.

C. REQUIREMENTS:

• College/Bachelor’s degree major in Foreign Trade, Import-Export, International Business, English, Logistics, Business Administration, Accounting or Similar field.
• Prior experience in customs clearance, import/export operations, or related areas is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Export – Import field, customs regulations, import/export laws, and trade compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in using customs clearance software.
• Read and understand specialized materials in English.
• Proactive, dynamic, and having a growth mindset.
• Good attention to detail, strong communication skill.
• Have ability to work under pressure.
• Digital mindset and Critical thinking are plus.
