Job description

1. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

Lead and manage maintenance teams responsible maintaining and repairing the Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic system in good condition.


2. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

    Main responsibility:

    • Ensure that the team's performance, productivity, maintenance, repair are complying strictly with Maintenance plan.
    • Issues and control the related Work Instructions for all of facilities using in manufacturing in accordance with ISO standards.
    • Review the submission of Yearly and Monthly Maintenance Schedules prepared by teams.
    • Ensure that the monthly maintenance work orders are closed promptly in the system
    • Participate, review and approve updating Work Instructions to ensure that all requirements are met and to enhance productivity.
    • Review the maintenance records and certify the safety critical work order completion and to feedback any fault or abnormality and to take remedial action if required.
    • Ensure that all reported faults are followed up and closed properly.
    • Provide technical advice, coaching, counseling, information and instructions to all staff and ensure all maintenance drawings, diagrams, manuals, Working Instructions and works records are kept current and update.
    • Implement ISO procedure and carry out Maintenance audit as assigned & planned.
    • Participate in the preparation of technical work specification for finding related machine suppliers, evaluate/recommend the suppliers;
    • Liaise with supplier from local and oversea to make to buy correct spare part.
    • Coordinate with PUR and Warehouse to make sure spare parts are available in stock
    • Liaise with all outsourced suppliers with regard to the maintenance schedules and other work activities.
    • Perform investigation of accident/incident report and submit report recommendation on preventive action and or improvement (if applicable) to prevent recurrence.
    • Establishes preventive maintenance of whole facilities using in factory and service programs, procedures, and record systems in order to audit the performance of the maintenance operations.
    • Work with CSR on energy saving program to comply customer’ requirement and others.
    • Train and develop staff to enhance their ability
    • Control the maintenance cost, budget as approved


    3. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

    Must requirement:

    • College/Bachelor Degree major in major in Mechanical or Electrical, Automation.
    • At least 08 years’ experience in Maintenance position and at least 03 years as leader level

     

    Important requirement

    • Good at PLC, Welding machine and welding robot operation.
    • Familiar with Lean, improvement, safety cautions
    • Good communication in English
    • Good at MS Office and technical software
    • Good leadership and presentation skill and always seeking for improvement
    • Can do attitude and ability to handle stress management
