* GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- To make the drawing of product, product packaging, including the assembling instruction for customers.

* RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

* Main responsibility:

- Technical task as TD planning or & TD manager.

- Make sure all the drawing will be followed the drawing procedure:

+ Receive information from D365, Intrenat system, CDD, PM or TD planning as planned.

+ Check and understand clearly the input requirement: history of product, customer protocol and requirement, packaging and material.

+ Design and review the CT & TD dwg carefully to ensure that the design will be suitable to mass production set-up (such as machine, mold, tool, etc) and follow the design standardization guideline.

+ Product Risk Assessment and strength of product: review the 3D design to avoid the failure such as strength, finger entrapment, squeeze, etc. before issue 3D file to the mold maker (plastic product).

+ Send data of approved CT drawing to BOM team to calculate price each new version. 

- To ensure high productivity, efficiency, minimize mistake.

- To ensure the technical drawing must be matched with approved material standard, dimension standard, quality manual.

- To think about the product costing during sketching such as material cost, route cost and come up with the suggestion to superior.

- To understand the test standard, quality standard, quality manual, … which support to have improvement idea during sketching.

- Make sure all drawings have to follow procedure & work instruction.

- To achieve planning schedule set by planer.

- To upload technical drawing, technical review report, AI on D365.

* EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION

 * Must requirement:

- College/Bachelor Degree major in Mechanical or any of Technical field

- At least 02 years working experience in Technical field as design, R&D, project, component structure

- Technical Engineer: mechanic, designing, chemical or similar.

- Knowledge of Technical software (2D & 3D): Autocad, Inventor.

* Important requirement:

- Have knowledge in mechanical field or furniture field, including wood & metal processing is a plus

- Production knowledge: production, planning, quality & costing

- Communication in English at intermediate level

- Proactive, dynamic and learning growth

- Good communication, motivation, problems & solving, teamwork, time management

* WORKING CONDITION:
