A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

 Senior Data Analyst will transform data into actionable insights to support strategic decision-making across departments. You will work hands-on with SQL, Power BI, Excel, D365 F&O, to bridge business functions and drive performance transparency.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES:

 Main responsibility:

ü Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards and data models in Power BI and Excel to visualize key metrics and performance indicators

ü Extract insights from complex datasets to inform strategic initiatives.

ü Consolidate data from Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Production for comprehensive performance analysis.

ü Define and monitor KPIs aligned with business and financial strategies.

ü Support monthly, quarterly, and yearly reviews with accurate, impactful reporting.

ü Other tasks from team leaders, managers.

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

Must requirement:

ü Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or related fields.

ü Prefer 2+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or related roles.

ü Proficient in SQL, API integrations, and XML/JSON data structures.

ü Strong skills in Power BI and Excel for data modeling and reporting.

ü Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail when handling large datasets.

ü Clear and confident communication of data-driven insights.

ü Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

ü Solid foundation in mathematics and statistical analysis.

ü Fluently speaking and writing English is advanced.

Important requirement:

ü Having experience in furniture industry is a plus.

ü Good at communication, public speaking is a need.

ü Understanding of ERP environments and enterprise data workflows.; familiarity with PLM systems is a plus.

ü Proven ability to introduce or apply new technologies (AI, automation) in real-world settings.
