Job description

A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

  • Supporting Sales and PI teams with new product requests, sample / prototype orders, offer sheet data and customer meeting preparation.
  • Bringing a product to launch, all the way from customer request to a production-ready item
  • Implementation of outsourcing products/components into new product.
  • Manage the PI’s project data to run data analysis & reporting.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES

      Main responsibility:

  • Manage and co-ordinate the timely delivery of new product development projects in the American in charge customer list and new customers if we have.
  • Supervise & solve problems in new product development for the assigned customers
  • Follow up on all internal and external customer requests related to product development
  • Work proactively to update and maintain the CDM working instruction to keep it up-to-date and relevant.
  • Operation in coordinating with other team leaders (Process / procedures/ ISO/ systems) if requested.
  • Oversee project management for the PI team, ensuring accurate coordination and progress tracking across all ongoing projects.
  • Implement, and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to product development, such as lead times, cost efficiency and hit rate.
  • Manage and consolidate all reports for the PI team, ensuring timely submission and comprehensive analysis of project data.
  • Supporting to create clear, visually engaging reports to communicate commercial team in monthly meeting.

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION: 

     Must requirement:

  • College/Bachelor Degree major in Business Administration, English, Marketing, Project Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, Trading or similar fields
  • At least 03 years’ experience in a commercial environment, ideally in product development function.

    Important requirement:

  • Fluently in speaking and writing Vietnamese and English
  • Having very good skill in using computer especially MS Excel
  • Strong project management skills
