A. GENERAL JOB FUNCTION:

- The Junior Sales Executive is responsible for managing and developing a group of assigned customers while actively seeking new business opportunities.

- This role involves daily communication with international clients, coordination with internal departments, and contribution to the company’s sales growth, while leading the operations of our Mix Container Concept — a new business model designed to offer flexibility, efficiency, and simplicity to our global customers.

- It offers exposure to a multicultural environment, international business trips, and opportunities for career advancement within the organization.

B. RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES & AUTHORITIES: 

* Main responsibility:

Customer Management:

- Maintain and develop long-term relationships with assigned customers.

- Understand customer needs and ensure high satisfaction through proactive communication.

- Manage and follow up on quotations, orders, and product developments in collaboration with internal departments (Production, QA, Logistics, and Design).

- Coordinate meetings and customer visits in Vietnam.

- Prepare sales materials, presentations, and product information as required.

Business Development:

- Identify and approach potential new customers and markets.

- Support sales campaigns, trade fairs, and customer events.

- Contribute to market research and competitor analysis.

- Propose creative ideas to grow business opportunities and expand sales networks.

Project management:

- Own and manage the Mix Container Concept, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, production, and logistics teams.

- Monitor project performance, margins, and lead times to ensure efficiency and profitability.

- Present project updates to management and support the launch of new collections.

Internal Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.

- Monitor and update order status in the company system accurately.

- Assist in solving operational or product-related issues quickly and professionally.

C. WORKING RELATIONSHIP:

1. Internal: All relevant departments in SCVN

2. External: Customers or any third parties in case.

D. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

* Must requirement:

- College/Bachelor Degree major in International Business, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Trading or similar fields

- At least 02 years of experience in sales, customer service, or export/trading environment (experience in furniture or manufacturing is an advantage).

- Strong understanding of international trade and customer communication 

* Important requirement:

- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (spoken and written).

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, dynamic, and result-oriented.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).

- Ability to work both independently and as part of a multicultural team

- Working place: ScanCom Vietnam, Song Than 1 IP, Di An Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam
